Fits 7 SAE socket sets, 7 metric socket sets, 2 hex bit socket sets, and 1 Torx bit socket set.

Also fits 5 ratchets, breaker bar, 3 sets of extensions, 4-pc drive adapter set, and 3-pc universal joint set.

Only fits newer G2 ratchets. Does not fit impact sockets.

Recommended for 3-3/4 min drawer height.

Tool Notes

We updated this tool organizer to fit the newer G2 ratchets. It fits 17 Icon socket sets (196 sockets total) plus 5 ratchets, 3 sets of extensions, and 8 more drive tools. Those extra drive tools are an 18-inch breaker bar, the 4-pc adapter set, and the 3-pc universal joint set. We cut the pockets to different depths so the shorter tools are still easy to grab. Impact sockets are larger and will not fit. We have listed the length of each ratchet (see the tool list on this page) because the number stamped on the ratchet is the same for many of the G1 and G2 ratchets.

The foam is sized to fill the largest drawer of the 42-inch US General Series 3 roll cab. Some of the larger Series 3 boxes also have drawers this size.

Printing the drawing at 100% scale can be an easy way to check if your tools will fit. Our drawings have multiple pages which can be printed on letter-size paper. Always change the printer setting from "fit" to 100%. If the border prints slightly too small, it is often due to this setting.

Drawer Height

Recommended for a drawer with at least 3-3/4 inches of vertical clearance.

Minimum Trimmable Size

It is possible to trim the margins to fit a smaller drawer. Trimmed tool organizers are not returnable. The minimum recommended size is:

35-3/4 X 17-1/4 inches

Additional Information

Each FoamFit insert is designed for shadowing a specific brand and set of tools. These organizers are made from high-quality tool foam with pockets precision-cut on our CNC routers.

The pockets are cut up to 1/2 inch deep in 3/4 inch thick tool foam, or up to 1 inch deep in 1-1/4 inch thick tool foam. Most inserts require less than 2 inches of height to fit in a 2-inch drawer (unless otherwise noted).

Our tool foam is two layers of closed-cell polyethylene foam. The contrasting top layer is thermally bonded to the bottom layer for maximum durability. The foam is resistant to most oils and fuels.
