Do you sell foam that I can cut myself?
Yes. We sell two types of foam depending on how you plan to cut the tool pockets. Our adhesive-backed tool foam is for cutting with a hobby knife. Our fused tool foam blanks must be machined or cut with a woodworking router.
How do I cut the pockets if I purchase blanks?
Most of our customers use the router method for working with our fused tool foam blanks. The adhesive-backed tool foam can be cut with a hobby knife.

Can I cut the pockets with a knife?
Only our adhesive-backed tool foam can be cut with a hobby knife. The fused tool foam cannot be cut with a knife because there is no way to peel out the center of the pocket.
Can you make a tool foam blank to fit a different drawer size?
Yes. We're happy to cut just about any size tool foam blank. Please see the customs page or email your sizes for a quote.
My tools are a different brand. Will they fit the pockets in your pre-cut tool organizer?
No. Typically each tool brand uses slightly different dimensions for their tools.

My tools are a different brand. Can you make a custom organizer to fit them?
Typically not at a reasonable price. Each organizer we design undergoes several hours of development including pocket and layout design in our CAD software, programming for the CNC machines, and test fitting with the tools. This often makes it cost prohibitive to make single custom organizer from scratch. See the customizaton page for a list of things we are able to customize.
Are these items in stock?
We make each item after we receive an order, but most orders ship within 2 to 5 working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Tool foam blanks and tool organizers usually ship within 2 to 5 working days, but large orders may need extra time. Orders that pay for shipping are moved ahead of ones with free ground shipping, and typically leave our manufacturing facility in 1 to 2 days. We ship from Wisconsin, and transit time to most US addresses typically adds 1 to 5 days.
How much is shipping?
We offer free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii should choose an option other than free ground shipping to see the calculated shipping cost during checkout.
Do you ship to Canada/Mexico/Puerto Rico?
Yes. You may choose these locations during checkout to see the calculated shipping costs.
Please note: You will generally receive a bill for brokerage fees and your local sales tax before the package will clear customs and be delivered. We do not pay these fees for you. The brokerage portion of the fee can vary depending on the shipping method you choose. It may be to your advantage to call customer service before placing an order. We may be able to suggest a shipping method that will have lower fees.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, etc.?
Maybe. Our tool foam is light, but the packages get quite large which can result in more substantial shipping costs.
Send us an email with your address, and also the size and quantity of the items needed. We will quote the total cost including shipping.
Can you ship to an APO or FPO address?
Yes. Military mail is not a problem, and you may choose free ground shipping during checkout.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes. You may choose free ground shipping during checkout, and we will mail your order via USPS Standard Post or Priority Mail.
