Extra Thick Tool Foam Blanks

- Similar to our 3/4-inch fused tool foam blanks, the extra-thick material is helpful when standing up tall items in deep drawers.
- Recommended only for customers using CNC-tooling to cut the pockets.
- Thickness is 1-1/4-inch (1/4-inch of top color fused to 1-inch of base color).

- Volume resistivity of 10^3 ohms.cms.
- Larger cell size (0.045 inch max) than our regular tool foam.
- Excellent firmness, retains conductive properties over time.
- Available only in black.
- Stock thickness is 1-inch.

Cut an Existing Tool Organizer on an Alternate Sheet Size
 |
- Our tool organizers cannot be compressed to fit smaller drawers, but we can trim margins as small as 1/4 inch.
- The details page for each organizer lists its minimum size.
- Sizes larger than the minimum can be made, typically in less than 5 working days.
- Picking up tools may be more difficult near the edges with thinner margins.
- We recommend measuring the inside of the drawer, then decreasing the measurement to the nearest 1/16 inch.
