Arrange your tools on the thicker sheet of foam.

Use a marker to trace the tools.
We used a liquid chalk marker as shown,
but neon dry-erase markers also work well.

Cut through the foam and paper backing with a hobby knife.

Add finger pockets, if desired.

Test fit the tools.

Remove paper backing from foam.

Press the layers together firmly.

Helpful Hints

The adhesive bond will improve over time. For best results:

• Assemble when foam is at room temperature or warmer.
• Stack weight on foam for 30 minutes for best initial bond.
• Remove any dust or oil before assembly using paint thinner,
      acetone or an all-purpose cleaner.
