Version 1 - Key Differences

Model Number: Craftsman CMMT12039
Country of Origin: China
Spinner handle and magnetic handle are black, hard plastic.
Ratchet head is assembled with a retaining ring (not screws).

Version 2 - Key Differences

Model Number: CMMT12039 or CMMT12139
Country of Origin: Taiwan
Spinner handle and magnetic handle are the newer black and red style with white lettering.
Ratchet head is assembled with screws (no retaining ring).
